Kick Sled Tour on Näsijärvi in Tampere

What would be a wonderfully easy and safe way to get to enjoy gliding on the ice? The Finnish traditional kick sled is the perfect answer to this. Come and enjoy alone or together, with the family young one on the seat or kicking together if they have the energy. The Näsijärvi tour skating track offer a safe route for us and the camp fire spots to the east seal the atmosphere.

Season: Winter (when there is ice on Näsijärvi)
Time: Tue 17-19.30, Thu 17-19.30 and Sat 10-12.30 (bookings by the previous day by 5 pm).

We gather together by Näsijärvi ice, at the Bikini Bar at Kaupinoaj. From here we start our journey towards the east on a safe and maintained track. The tour offers a good chance to get familiar with our skating track. Our journey continues to one of the eastern camp fire spots (depending on our speed). There we will have some snacks. After enjoying our time by the fire, we will get back to Kaupinoja, where the guided part of the tour will end. But you will still have a chance to continue to explore the track by yourselves. If you decide to do this, you will have to return the equipment rented from us before the closing of the rental shop, if not otherwise agreed. The guided tour will last for 2,5 hours.

The tour includes the services of the guide, the kick sled and camp fire sausage. We will have a stop on the tour and make a fire. We recommend you to have your own warm drink.

Your own equipment: Clothing according to the weather. We recommend an extra jacket for the break.

Price: 50 €/pers. (equipment, guide, sausage), the young ones that are on the seat of the traditional sled get entry with the price of the saausage (3 €/pers.). If you have your own kick sled 40 €/pers.. Half price for 12 years and younger.
