Personal Training

You can find training experience varying from competing on the top to guiding the Average Joe from Hiking Travel, Hit LP. We offer personal training in the following outdoor sports (among others): paddling, cycling, running, orienteering, nordic walking, x-country and telemark skiing and snowshoeing.

The training begins with a preliminary meeting, where we tailor a training program to fit your needs and goals. After this we can monitor your progress with afterwards agreed upon checkpoints. These can include personal guidance to a specific sport.
