We hope to receive the order confirmation with group size information by 14 days before or earlier.

We require that customers are not intoxicated before the activity or during it’s time because of their safety.

Every participant needs to be prepared with clothing according to the weather. We will give more details when the tour requires it and these need to be given to every participant. On paddling activities every participant needs to have a full set of clothes to change with them. Same goes with winter activities that take place on frozen lakes outside maintained tracks.

The sport activities we provide are common and easy excercise: walking, snowshoeing, skiins, paddling, kick biking, cycling and various light game, that we will provide a safety plan only to this extent required by the Finnish law for consumer services safety (5.5.2025/185). In our activities people have a good idea about the physical condition requirements for each given sport.

We follow Finnish safety laws, practices and our own protocol. Our guides take part on our weekly training and are always well trained in rescuing. They will give needed safety information verbally on land before starting the real activity.

If there is any health reasons that might affect participation we require our customers to consult their doctor about it. We will provide all needed information when asked and require to know about any health conditions that may affect the participant’s performance during the activity.

If the reservation is cancelled 28-14 days before the start of the ordered activity, we will charge 25% of the total price of the service. 14 days- 48 hours before the start of the ordered activity, 50% of the total price of the service as cancellation fees. If the activity is cancelled later or we aren’t informed about any cancellation we have the right to charge the full price of the service.

If the ordered activity needs to be cancelled because of safety reasons defined by us, we won’t charge anything. These safety reasons can be storm and strong wind, but never for example rain on it’s own. Because safety related cancellation is normally something to do with weather we always provide an alternative option with the same price as the original activity.

The activity will be invoiced after the event with an 7-day payment period according to the group size that has been confirmed.
