Description
The Tempest works well in sea, lake and river surroundings. It is equipped with a multi-adjustable and padded seat, adjustable foot pedals, front and rear storage hatches, a day hatch and a retractable skeg. According to Sea Kayaker magazines reader poll in 2012 the Tempest 170 was the best touring kayak for both day and weekend tours. The polyethylene construction kayak comes in two different size versions, the Tempest 165 for the mid-sized paddler and the Tempest 170 for larger sized paddlers.
