We offer a more advanced option of the Tampere by Kayak tour – paddling round Tampere on both Näsijärvi and Pyhäjärvi lakes. This is an awesome way to see the city from the water – even more thoroughly.

Kayaks as boats!

The starting and finish point for the kayak tours is our Kaupinoja storage. First we will head to the Pispala tunnel. On the Näsijärvi side of the tunnel there is Uittotunneli Cafe, where we can have a stop. After this we will ride the kayaks on carts through the tunnel (appox. 500 m). On Pyhäjärvi the tour will continue to Ratina. We will land there again. After this it is time for the longest portage from Ratina to Mältinranta to the top of Tammerkoski and Näsijärvi lake. In the end we will paddle back to Kaupinoja.

Meeting at Kaupinoja at 11 am. This is an all-day tour.

The price is: 65 e (guidance+kayak cart) + if needed a kayak with tour equipment 20 e.

We recommend you take some money / credit card with you for refreshments and food at the café.

We recommend the tours for especially those who have taken part in our paddling guidances! The tour can be organized on other dates also by separate agreement, especially for groups.
