Hiking Travel HIT Ky (Business ID 0921767-9) provides products for adult individuals and businesses to Finland and the EU. The prices include value added tax. We reserve the right to any and all changes in the prices and delivery costs.
Ordering
The products are ordered on the webshop homepage by transferring them to the shopping cart and paying the shopping cart content in the cashier service. The products in stock may vary in color from the pictures in the webshop. The color difference is not a right for return. If you want a spesific color product, be in contact before purchace. All customer information will be dealt with confidence. The contact information asked for in connection with the shopping order will not be used for anything else than the delivery of the order or to handle any ambiguities with the order. In order to complete the order from the webshop, you are are required to be aware and agree with all delivery and payment terms.
Your email address will be used to send order confirmations and in service products the email address and mobile phone number can be used also to convey possible additional important information, such as changes in the schedules. For this reason it is vital that the email address and mobile phone number are correct in the order information. We will not check your email address automatically, therefore it is important that you write it correctly.

Order and Payment Confirmation
An order confirmation will be sent to your email after a succesfull order. To send confirmation messages it is required to give an email address in connection with the order.
Delivery Method and Shipping Costs
You can see the shipping costs of your order after choosing the payment and delivery method. We deliver orders as registered (e.g. by parcel post) or unregistered delivery, of which registered deliveries can be followed with an item code. The order will be deliver through PostNord, Posti, Matkahuolto or Kiitolinja Schenker.
Delivery Time
Our usual delivery times to Finland are: from our own stock 2-4 days (max. 1 week), from a Finnish manufacturers or importers stock 1-2 weeks, from a foreign stock from 2 weeks to an undefined time according to the order and delivery method. More specific times are informed with the product options. We will not answer to force majeure caused delays or indirect harm caused by by the delays.
Exchange and Return Policies
The products in stock may vary in color from the pictures in the webshop. The color difference is not a right for return. If you want a spesific color product, be in contact before purchace. According to Finnish Consumer Protection Act you have the right to change or return your whole order or a part of it within 14 days of recieving the delivery. The return policy applies only to products that are in their original packaging, unused and can be resold.
If you want to return or exchange products after the 14 days time, be in contact with the retailer directly.
When returning a delivered order, attach your customer number/name and contact information and your bank account number for a refund.

Problem Situations
If the product is missing or has been defected during transportation or it does not meet your order in other ways, you must inform the parties mentioned in the exchange- and return policies about the mistake within 14 days. If the package has been defected in mail service, a complaint must be made to the post office about the product. You are adviced to take a picture of the defected package, before opening it.
